For more than 26 years, Lynn’s professional journey has evolved from teaching to mentoring, coaching, and educational guidance, always placing people at the heart of her work. She believes that every conversation, every decision, and every student’s journey is unique and deserves a personalized approach.

Today, Lynn is a senior guidance counsellor with extensive expertise in educational coaching and learner-centred guidance. She supports students and families as they navigate important academic and personal decisions, while also contributing to the development and implementation of guidance strategies from middle school through graduation.

Over the years, Lynn has guided hundreds of students towards universities and higher education opportunities in Lebanon, France, the United Kingdom, North America, Europe, and beyond. Her work goes far beyond the application process: she helps students identify their strengths, explore meaningful academic and career pathways, make informed choices, develop authentic and competitive applications, and prepare with confidence for the next stage of their journey.

In recognition of her commitment to counselling and student guidance, Lynn was awarded the international Counsellor Excellence Competition 2026. She also holds an Associate Diploma in Career Guidance & Coaching for High School Educators from the Academy of Continuing Education (ACE) at the Lebanese American University (LAU), as well as the Times Higher Education Counsellor Accreditation Programme (THE CAP). She has further strengthened her professional expertise through the British Council counsellor training certification.

With a strong belief in continuous learning and professional development, Lynn combines experience, coaching methodologies, international educational knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping students understand their potential and confidently shape their future.
